This red wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, namely Cabernet Sauvignon. Only the best grapes were brought in for this wonderfully powerful single-varietal wine from Weingut Sonnenhof. After the harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in large oak barrels at controlled temperatures. At the end of this process, the powerful H.A.D.E.S. Cabernet Sauvignon is matured for several months in oak barrels.
