More information about Gutswein Pinot Noir Rosé feinherb - Weingut Freiherr von Gleichenstein
In the glass, the estate wine Pinot Noir Rosé from Weingut Freiherr von Gleichenstein presents a brilliant shimmering ruby red color. The bouquet of this rosé wine from Baden captivates with hints of rose, strawberry and raspberry. If we trace the aromatics further, come mineral.
The Weingut Freiherr von Gleichenstein Gutswein Pinot Noir Rosé delights with its elegantly dry flavor. It was brought to the bottle with exceptionally little residual sugar. As you would expect from a wine in the high quality wine range, this German wine naturally enchants with the finest balance despite all dryness. Taste does not necessarily require residual sugar. On the tongue, this light-footed rosé wine is characterized by an incredibly light texture. In the finish, this youthful rosé wine from the wine-growing region of Baden finally inspires with good length. Again, hints of strawberry and raspberry appear. In the aftertaste, mineral notes of the soils dominated by loess are added.
Vinification of the Freiherr von Gleichenstein Estate Wine Pinot Noir Rosé
This rosé wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, Pinot Noir. Only immaculate grape material was harvested for this exceptionally elegant varietal wine from Weingut Freiherr von Gleichenstein. In Baden, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of loess. After the grape harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the estate wine Pinot Noir Rosé can further harmonize for several months on the fine lees.
