Vinification of Weingut Schmidl Grüner Veltliner Smaragd Ried Kellerberg
This white wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, namely Grüner Veltliner. Only the best grapes were harvested for this exceptionally balanced single-varietal wine from Weingut Schmidl. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After completion of fermentation, the Grüner Veltliner Smaragd Ried Kellerberg can continue to harmonize for several months on the fine lees.
