This balanced Pinot Gris from Germany is a single-varietal wine made from the Pinot Gris grape variety. After being harvested by hand, the grapes are quickly transported to the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. At the end of fermentation, the Pinot Gris is allowed to continue harmonizing on the fine lees for a few months.
