Production of the grappa Tignanello by Marchesi Antinori
This fine and aromatic grappa is distilled from the marc of the grapes harvested from the vineyard Tignanello for the wine of the same name. The fermented marc is distilled immediately after removal of the wine from the containers and the corresponding pressing of the grapes. As a result, only the highest quality pomace is used, rich in alcohol and above all in aromatic ingredients. Of the grappa distilled from the various pomace batches, only the best, finest and most aromatic distillates are ground and bottled as grappa Tignanello.
