Vinification of the Paul Jaboulet Aîné Gigondas Pierre Aiguille
The basis for the powerful Gigondas Pierre Aiguille from the Rhône Valley are grapes from the grape varieties Grenache and Syrah. Obviously, the Gigondas Pierre Aiguille is also determined by more than just the soil Gigondas. This Frenchman can be described as an Old World wine in the best sense of the word, with an exceptionally impressive presentation. After the hand harvest, the grapes arrive swiftly at the winery. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Then fermentation takes place in small wood at controlled temperatures.
