This white wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, namely Pinot Blanc. Only the best grapes were used for this exceptionally balanced single-varietal wine from Weingut Wageck. In the Palatinate, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of limestone, clay and marl. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Then fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures.
