The Frl. Rosé Cuvée from the wine-growing region the Palatinate presents itself in the glass in bright ruby red. To the nose, this Kesselring rosé wine reveals all sorts of strawberries, rhubarb and raspberries. As if that weren't already impressive, mint/melissa join in due to the aging in stainless steel.
Balanced and multifaceted, this light rosé wine presents itself on the palate. Due to its vital fruit acidity, the Frl. Rosé Cuvée is wonderfully fresh and lively on the palate. In the finish, this youthful rosé wine from the wine-growing region of the Palatinate finally inspires with beautiful length. Once again, hints of strawberry and raspberry show through.
Vinification of the Kesselring Frl. Rosé Cuvée
The basis for the first-class and wonderfully balanced Cuvée Frl. Rosé Cuvée from Kesselring are Dornfelder, Merlot and Pinot Noir grapes. After harvesting, the grapes reach the press house by the fastest route. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Once fermentation is complete, the Frl. Rosé Cuvée can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months.
