Vinification of the Villa Sandi FILIO Cabernet Marca Trevigiana
The balanced FILIO Cabernet Marca Trevigiana from Italy is a pure wine made from the Cabernet Franc grape variety. After the manual harvest the grapes reach the press house as quickly as possible. Here they are selected and carefully broken down. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks and small wooden tanks at controlled temperatures. The vinification is followed by a maturation for several months in oak barriques.
