The FILI Prosecco DOC Brut Millesimato by FILI Sacchetto appears in the glass in a bright straw yellow and unfolds its multi-layered bouquet. This includes the strong aromas of apples and grapefruit, which are rounded off by wisteria and elderberries.
This sparkling wine delights the palate with its good structure and a pleasant mouthfeel, which is harmonious and balanced. A versatile Prosecco that stands for tingling pleasure.
Vinification of the FILI Millesimato
The grapes for this varietal spumante from Glera come from the Treviso area.
After harvesting, the grapes are gently pressed and the must is fermented slowly and under controlled temperature with the addition of selected yeasts. This sparkling wine is aged in stainless steel tanks for 18-20 months with subsequent refining in the bottle.
