Vinification of Filari Corti Nebbiolo Langhe by Brandini
The powerful Filari Corti Nebbiolo Langhe from Italy is a single-varietal wine, organically vinified from the Nebbiolo grape variety. After being harvested by hand, the grapes are quickly transported to the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by ageing on the fine lees for a few months before the wine is finally bottled.
