The fa "ß "zination of Augustin from Franconia reveals a bright, light yellow color in the glass. The bouquet of this white wine from Franconia convinces with hints of raspberry. If we trace the aromatics further, black cherry and tobacco are added.
This German wine delights with its elegantly dry flavor. It was bottled with exceptionally little residual sugar. Vinification of the Fa "ß "zination from Augustin
This wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, namely Silvaner. Only the best grapes were used for this wonderfully balanced varietal wine from Augustin. After the grape harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by aging on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.
