Edizione 19 Cinque Autoctoni VDT - Farnese Vini
Prices incl. VAT plus shipping costs
The Edizione Cinque Autoctoni from Farnese Vini reveals itself in the glass in a deep garnet red. If we hold the nose deep into the large Bordeaux glass, delicious aromas of ripe dark cherries, black currants and other dark fruits such as plums and blackberries unfold. Nuances of herbs, cinnamon, cloves, cocoa and liquorice complete the bouquet. A mineral hint underlines the bouquet of Cinque Autoctoni perfectly.
Farnese's Edizione Cinque Autoctoni is a delight to the palate with its great structure and excellent balance between fullness and freshness. Velvety tannins give this red wine an excellent structure. In the long finish again much fruit and mineral nuances.
Vinification of Edizione Cinque Autoctoni
This cuvée is composed of the Montepulciano, Primitivo, Sangiovese, Negroamaro and Malvasia Nera grape varieties. After the harvest and the gentle maceration of the grapes, the fermentation takes place over a period of 25 days. The malolactic fermentation and the 13-month aging take place in barriques.
