More information about Dornfelder Rosé lieblich - Michel Schneider
The Dornfelder Rosé lieblich by Michel Schneider from the Palatinate reveals a brilliant, light red color in the swirled glass. The bouquet of this rosé wine from the Palatinate seduces with notes of strawberry and raspberry. If we trace the aroma further, black cherry is added.
The Dornfelder Rosé lieblich can rightly be described as exceptionally fruity and velvety, as it was vinified with a pleasantly sweet flavor profile. Light-footed and complex, this creamy rosé wine presents itself on the palate. Due to the balanced fruit acidity, the Dornfelder Rosé sweet flatters the palate with a soft feeling, without lacking juicy liveliness at the same time. In the finish, this youthful rosé wine from the wine-growing region of the Palatinate finally inspires with good length. There are again hints of raspberry and strawberry.
Vinification of the Dornfelder Rosé sweet from Michel Schneider
This wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, and that is Dornfelder. Only impeccable grape material was harvested for this wonderfully elegant single-varietal wine from Michel Schneider. After the harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.
