Graciano Dominio de Valdepusa DO 2013 - Marques de Grinon
Prices incl. VAT plus shipping costs
The Graciano from Marques de Grinon is a wonderful red wine from the Spanish wine region D.O. Dominio de Valdepusa.
In the glass this wine shines in a dark ruby red. The multi-layered bouquet reveals intense aromas of red and black forest berries - especially strawberries and blackberries - with fine hints of fresh citrus fruits. On the palate this Spanish red wine is well structured and supple. The tannins are beautifully integrated and lead to a persistent and long finish.
Vinification of the Marques de Grinon Dominio de Valdepusa Graciano
The hand-picked Graciano grapes grow on 7-12 year old vines in limestone and clay soils in flat locations.
Harvesting and selection are carried out exclusively by hand during the September harvest. The grapes are gently pressed in the cellar and the resulting mash is fermented in stainless steel tanks. Once fermentation is complete, this red wine matures for a total of 20 months in French oak barrels.
Food recommendation for the Marques de Grinon Graciano
This dry red wine from Spain is an inspiring soloist with great potential for maturity, very good with dishes with red meat or a leg of lamb. Enjoy this wine best decanted in time.
