The powerful Cuvée Speciale Côtes Du Rhône Rouge from France is a single-varietal wine, organically pressed from the Grenache grape variety. After the grape harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in small wood at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging for several months in oak barriques.
