More information about Cuvée Rosé - Weingut Sonnenhof
The Cuvée Rosé from the Württemberg wine-growing region presents itself in the glass in a brilliantly shimmering purple red. This Weingut Sonnenhof rosé wine reveals all kinds of sour cherries and strawberries on the nose. As if that wasn't already impressive, the stainless steel ageing process adds hay to the mix.
The light-footed Weingut Sonnenhof Cuvée Rosé presents us with an incredibly fruity taste on the palate, which is of course also due to its residual sweet taste profile. The texture of this light-footed rosé wine is wonderfully velvety on the palate. The Cuvée Rosé is impressively fresh and lively on the palate thanks to its distinctive fruit acidity. The finale of this rosé wine from the Württemberg wine-growing region is impressive with a beautiful finish.
Vinification of Weingut Sonnenhof Cuvée Rosé
The basis for the first-class and wonderfully elegant Cuvée Rosé from Weingut Sonnenhof are Lemberger and Trollinger grapes. After the grape harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Once fermentation is complete, the Cuvée Rosé can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months.
