The Cuvée Juveniles from Torbreck Vintners is a wonderful red wine from Grenache (59%), Shiraz (22%) and Mourvèdre (19%).
In the glass, this Australian red wine shines in a strong dark ruby red. The bouquet reveals wonderfully lush notes of juicy blackberries and ripe heart cherries. The aromas of the nose are accompanied by mineral and spicy notes. The palate also enjoys the red fruits and is inspired by subtle nuances of black olive. This red wine convinces with good structure, fresh acidity, fine tannin around long finish.
Food recommendation for the Torbreck Vintners Cuvée Juveniles
This dry red wine is an excellent accompaniment to pork medallions in herb crust and swirled potatoes, pasta with spicy sauces or also to savoury cheese specialities.
