The first nose of Cuvée Alegre rosado Rueda presents nuances of raspberry, jasmine and strawberry. The fruity aspects of the bouquet are joined by more fruity-balsamic nuances.
On the palate, Campo Eliseo's Cuvée Alegre rosado Rueda starts wonderfully aromatic, fruity and balanced. Balanced and complex, this light rosé wine presents itself on the palate. In the finish, this youthful rosé wine from the wine-growing region of Castile - León finally inspires with good length. Once again, hints of black currant and strawberry appear.
Vinification of the Cuvée Alegre rosado Rueda by Campo Eliseo
This rosé wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, Tempranillo. For this exceptionally balanced varietal wine from Campo Eliseo, only impeccable grapes were used. After the harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally drawn into bottles.
