The Crucillón from Bodegas Aragonesas is a wonderful Spanish red wine cuvée made from Tempranillo (50%) and Garnacha Tinta (50%).
The bright red, purple shimmering colour of this wine is reminiscent of ripe cherries. Strong and fruity, this Spanish red wine smells of aromas of black and red fruits (cherries, blackberries, blackcurrants, raspberries). The full, balanced and slightly sweet taste is carried by a dense, round body and leads to a soft and appealing reverberation of medium length.
Vinification of the Crucillón Garnacha Tempranillo
The fully ripe grapes of the Bodegas Aragonesas, largely harvested manually and partly mechanically, are first destemmed, mixed and the resulting mash fermented under temperature control in stainless steel tanks. Then the mash is squeezed and this wine matures for a while in the stainless steel tanks before it is filled onto the bottle.
