Vinification of the Amirault Vignerons Crémant De Loire Brut
The balanced Crémant De Loire Brut from France is a cuvée, organically pressed from the grape varieties Cabernet Franc, Chardonnay and Chenin Blanc. Following the hand harvest, the grapes are quickly brought to the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Now follows the fermentation of the base wines. After the assemblage of the cuvée follows the further aging based on the classic bottle fermentation. Subsequently, the Amirault Vignerons Crémant De Loire Brut matures for several months in the bottle and is finally disgorged.

This French sparkling wine is best enjoyed moderately chilled at 11 - 13°C. It is perfect as an accompanying wine to leek soup, potato pan with salmon or spaghetti with caper and tomato sauce.
