More information about Côtes De Provence Blanc AOP - Pinchinat
The Côtes De Provence Blanc of Pinchinat from Provence reveals a dense, golden yellow color in the swirled glass. To the nose, this Pinchinat white wine reveals all sorts of ripe apple and lemon. As if that weren't already impressive, the stainless steel aging adds mint/melissa and mineral.
The Pinchinat Côtes De Provence Blanc presents itself wonderfully dry to the wine lover. This white wine is never coarse or meager, as you would expect from a wine in the high quality wine range. This silky white wine is full-bodied and complex on the palate. Due to its vital fruit acidity, the Côtes De Provence Blanc is fantastically fresh and lively on the palate. The final of this youthful white wine from the wine-growing region of Provence, more precisely from Cotes de Provence, finally thrilled with beautiful reverberation.
Vinification of Pinchinat Côtes De Provence Blanc
This powerful white wine from France is vinified organically from the grape variety Clairette. After the grape harvest, the grapes reach the press house by the fastest route. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.
