Corte Brá Amarone della Valpolicella DOC 2012 - Sartori di Verona
Prices incl. VAT plus shipping costs
With a little bit of side layering, the red wine glass reveals a charming garnet-red tone at the edges. This Italian cuvée presents wonderfully complex notes of plums, morello cherries, black cherries and plums in the glass. This is accompanied by hints of gingerbread spice, oriental spices and dark chocolate.
This velvety red wine is powerful and multi-faceted on the palate. The Corte Brá Amarone della Valpolicella is impressively fresh and lively on the palate due to its present fruit acidity. In the finish, this red wine from the Veneto wine growing region finally inspires with its beautiful length. There are again hints of black cherry and morello cherry. In the aftertaste mineral notes of the soils dominated by clay and limestone are added.
Vinification of the Corte Brá Amarone della Valpolicella from Sartori di Verona
Starting point for the first-class and wonderfully powerful Cuvée Corte Brá Amarone della Valpolicella from Sartori di Verona are Corvina, Corvinone, Oseleta and Rondinella grapes. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Veneto. Here the vines dig their roots deep into soils of limestone and clay. After the grape harvest, the grapes quickly reach the winery. Here they are selected and carefully broken down. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks and large wood at controlled temperatures. The fermentation is followed by a maturation on the fine yeast for several months before the wine is finally drawn off.
