With the Cipriano di Venezia Bardolino Chiaretto, a first-class rosé wine comes into the swirling glass. In this it presents a wonderfully brilliant pink colour. Ideally poured into a white wine glass, this rosé wine from the Old World presents wonderfully expressive aromas of lily, jasmine, perfumed rose and blueberry, rounded off by other fruity nuances.
This rosé from Cipriano di Venezia is ideal for all wine lovers who like as little residual sweetness in the wine as possible. However, it is never sparse or brittle, which is absolutely not a matter of course for a wine at the entry level. On the tongue, this light-footed rosé wine is characterised by an incredibly light texture. With its moderate fruit acidity, the Bardolino Chiaretto flatters the palate with a velvety sensation, without sacrificing its juicy liveliness. In the finish, this youthful rosé wine from the Veneto wine growing region finally inspires with good length. There are again hints of lily and violet.
Vinification of the Cipriano di Venezia Bardolino Chiaretto
The starting point for the first-class and wonderfully elegant Bardolino Chiaretto cuvée from Cipriano di Venezia are Corvina, Molinara and Rondinella grapes. After the manual harvest the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. At the end of fermentation, the Bardolino Chiaretto can continue to harmonise on the fine yeast for a few months.
