More information about Chardonnay trocken Bio - Weingut Studier

The Chardonnay Bio from Weingut Studier in the Palatinate presents a bright, golden yellow color in the glass. This single-varietal German wine presents wonderfully expressive notes of apricots in the glass. These are joined by hints of .

This wine delights with its elegantly dry flavor. It was bottled with 6.3 grams of residual sugar. As you would expect from a wine in the upper price range, this German wine naturally enchants with the finest balance despite all its dryness. Excellent taste does not necessarily need sugar. Balanced and complex, this creamy white wine presents itself on the palate. Due to its lively fruit acidity, the Chardonnay Bio reveals itself to be fantastically fresh and lively on the palate. In the finish, this youthful wine from the wine-growing region of the Palatinate finally inspires with beautiful length. There are again hints of apricot. In the aftertaste, mineral notes of the soils dominated by loam and loess are added.

Vinification of the Studier Organic Chardonnay Winery

The balanced Chardonnay Bio from Germany is a single varietal wine, vegan made from the Chardonnay grape variety. In the Palatinate region, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of clay and loess. After the grape harvest, the grapes reach the press house by the fastest route. Here they are sorted and carefully milled. Then fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the Chardonnay Bio can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months.

Food recommendation for the Winery Studier Chardonnay Bio

This white wine from Germany is best enjoyed moderately chilled at 11 - 13°C. It is perfect as an accompaniment to spaghetti with yogurt-mint pesto, fruity endive salad or stir-fried vegetables with fish.
