The light-bodied Michel Schneider Chardonnay Alkoholfrei shows us an incredibly fruity taste on the tongue, which is of course also due to its residual sweetness flavor profile. On the palate, the texture of this fleet-footed white wine presents itself wonderfully light. Due to its present fruit acidity, the Chardonnay non-alcoholic shows impressively fresh and lively on the palate. The final of this youthful white wine from the wine-growing region of the Palatinate finally convinces with good reverberation.
Vinification of the Chardonnay non-alcoholic from Michel Schneider
This white wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, namely Chardonnay. For this exceptionally elegant single-varietal wine from Michel Schneider, only the best grape material was brought in. After the grape harvest, the grapes reach the press house by the fastest route. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After its end, the Chardonnay non-alcoholic can further harmonize on the fine lees for a few months. After the wine is finished, the Chardonnay non-alcoholic is carefully dealcoholized.
