Chablis AOC Vieilles Vignes 2019 - Domaine Louis Michel et Fils
Prices incl. VAT plus shipping costs
The grapes come from about 25 year old vines from eight different parcels and give the Chablis AOC Vieilles Vignes an impressive aromatic variety. At the same time, it presents itself with the classic purity of a Chablis and the fine scent of green apples, flowers and summer fruit. On the palate it is clearly mineral, almost stony with a lot of freshness and a lively acidity, which gives the wine a beautiful fullness and racy spice. This Chablis is a very balanced wine with a fine aftertaste, which is characterized by citrus fruits.
The Chardonnay is an elegant aperitif with finger food, but it also goes very well with sushi, grilled and fresh seafood, salad with grilled prawns or strips of turkey breast and mature, not spicy cheese.
