Vinification of the Osteria Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo Rosato
The balanced Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo Rosato from Italy is a single-varietal wine, biodynamically produced from the Montepulciano grape variety. After being harvested by hand, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. At the end of fermentation, the Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo Rosato can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months.
