The powerful Cabernet Sauvignon Vaucluse of LQLC shimmers with dense purple red in the glass. At the edge also shows a colored transition to garnet red. If you give it some air in the glass by swirling, this red wine reveals a high density and fullness, which is evident in church windows at the edge of the glass. The nose of this red wine from Provence delights with aromas of blackberry. If we trace the aromatics further, mineral and licorice come in.

This French wine delights with its elegantly dry flavor. It was bottled with exceptionally little residual sugar. This is a real quality wine, which clearly stands out from simpler qualities and so this Frenchman enchants naturally with all dryness with the finest balance. Cabernet Sauvignon Vaucluse is an Old World wine through and through, as this Frenchman breathes an extraordinary European charm that clearly underscores the success of Old World wines. After the hand harvest, the grapes arrive at the press house by the fastest route. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.
