Vinification of the Cabernet Sauvignon & Merlot from Kesselring
The basis for the first-class and wonderfully powerful Cabernet Sauvignon & Merlot cuvée from Kesselring are Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes. After manual harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging for several months on the fine lees before the wine is finally drawn off.
