Vinification of the Michel Schneider Cabernet Sauvignon non-alcoholic
The basis for the elegant Cabernet Sauvignon non-alcoholic from Germany are grapes from the grape variety Cabernet Sauvignon. After manual harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.

This German red wine is best enjoyed tempered at 15 - 18°C. It is perfect as an accompanying wine to Boeuf Bourguignon, Red Onion Stuffed with Couscous and Apricots or Goose Breast with Ginger Red Cabbage and Marjoram.
