More information about Cabernet Sauvignon alkoholfrei - Michel Schneider
In the glass, the Cabernet Sauvignon non-alcoholic from Michel Schneider presents a brilliant shimmering purple color. The first nose of the Cabernet Sauvignon alcohol-free presents nuances of blackberries. The fruity parts of the bouquet are joined by more fruity-balsamic nuances.
The Cabernet Sauvignon non-alcoholic can rightfully be described as exceptionally fruity and velvety, having been vinified with a wonderfully sweet flavor profile. On the tongue, this light-footed red wine is characterized by an immensely silky texture. Due to its concise fruit acidity, the Cabernet Sauvignon non-alcoholic presents itself exceptionally fresh and lively on the palate. In the finish, this youthful wine from the wine-growing region of the Palatinate finally inspires with good length. Hints of blackberry are again evident.
Vinification of the Michel Schneider Cabernet Sauvignon non-alcoholic
The basis for the elegant Cabernet Sauvignon non-alcoholic from Germany are grapes from the grape variety Cabernet Sauvignon. After manual harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.
