More information about Cabernet D'Anjou Rosé AOC - Les Andides
The Cabernet D'Anjou Rosé from the wine-growing region of the Val de Loire reveals itself in the glass in brilliant shimmering ruby red. This varietal French wine flatters in the glass wonderfully expressive notes of strawberries and raspberries. These are joined by hints of other fruits.
Cabernet D'Anjou Rosé can justifiably be described as exceptionally fruit-driven and velvety, having been vinified with a pleasantly sweet flavor profile. Light-footed and multifaceted, this light rosé wine presents itself on the palate. Due to its concise fruit acidity, the Cabernet D'Anjou Rosé is impressively fresh and lively on the palate. In the finish, this youthful rosé wine from the wine-growing region of the Val de Loire finally inspires with good length. There are again hints of strawberry and raspberry. In the aftertaste, mineral notes of the soils dominated by clay and limestone are added.
Vinification of Les Andides Cabernet D'Anjou Rosé
The elegant Cabernet D'Anjou Rosé from the Val de Loire is made from Cabernet Franc grapes. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in the Val de Loire. The vines here dig their roots deep into soils of limestone and clay. After the hand harvest, the grapes arrive quickly at the winery. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After its end, the Cabernet D'Anjou Rosé can further harmonize on the fine lees for a few months.
