On the palate, this Irish whiskey is pleasantly malty and sweet, with a hint of vanilla and fine sherry notes. The finish is pleasantly long, fresh and dry.

Production of the Bushmills 10 Years Single Malt Whiskey

Like all Bushmills malts, this whiskey is distilled three times. According to the traditional production, the mash contains unmalted barley and on the drying over the peat smoke is completely dispensed with.

The Bushmills 10 Years Single Malt Whiskey is made from 100% malted barley, then this whiskey matures for most of the 10 years in bourbon barrels and for a short time in sherry casks, in which it receives its finish.
