The Brut Rosé Vintage from Graham Beck shows itself in a bright salmon red colour. This South African sparkling wine seduces the nose with slightly violent aromas and the noticeably ripe and fresh strawberry aromas of the Pinot Noir grapes. The palate is pampered by the creamy complexity of the Chardonnay grape and raspberry aromas combined with fresh sorbet. This sparkling wine is rounded off by a long finish.

Vinification of Graham Beck Brut Rosé Vintage

The Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes are pressed together. After the must has fermented, this sparkling wine from South Africa is gently filtered and bottled. This Brut Rosé Vintage then undergoes a second fermentation according to the traditional method.
