more information

The vintage champagne Brut Millésime from Champagne Taittinger has a splendid golden yellow and iridescent colour in the glass.

This sparkling wine has a lively, persistent perlage. Intense aromas develop in the nose, with the first floral tones - especially honeysuckle - followed by more fruity, ripe and very pleasant notes of sun-warmed, honey-sweet fruits such as Ringlotten (Reineclauden), but also raisins. The very tasty and fresh opening is reminiscent of fruit compote. The balance and richness of this sparkling wine are completed by the fullness and softness. The particularly complex and long aftertaste is elegant. Despite its promising ageing potential, this sparkling wine shows a remarkable balance between aromatic diversity, fullness and elegance even at a young age.

Food recommendation for the Taittinger Champagne Brut Millésimé

This sparkling wine from France is an ideal aperitif that goes perfectly with white meat in a fine sauce. Serve it, for example, with veal on chanterelles.
