In Mosel, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of slate. Without question, Brauneberger Juffer Riesling Kabinett is also determined by climatic and stylistic factors Brauneberg. This German wine can literally be called a wine of the Old World, which presents itself exceptionally impressive. After the grape harvest, the grapes are quickly transferred to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by aging on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.
