Vinification for the Botani Moscatel Seco
This Spanish white wine was 100% vinified from the Muscat Alexandria grape variety. The grapes for this wine grew on vineyards in Malaga with up to 70° inclination on soils with slate and white quartz. The harvest for the Botani Moscatel Seco took place by hand.
After fermentation, this moscatel was aged for 7 months in stainless steel tanks.
