Vines with a lot of experience

The vineyard area of the Acústic Celler winery is large and distributed in different vineyards. The vines grown here can be 50 to 60 years old . The grapes grown are the special varieties Garnatxa and Carinyena. They are among the autochthonous grapes in the whole area. These noble grape varieties stand out for their unmistakable acidity and fresh fruitiness. Also at Acústic Celler the principle ofclass instead of mass applies and so the bottles bottled here are rare and strictly limited.

The winery Acústic Cell er is characterized by special care in winemaking. All products are put through their paces before they are processed and later make their way to wine connoisseurs throughout Europe. The director of the winery describes the wines as unadorned, pure and unfortified. All grapes here are harvested by hand and refined into special and distinctive wines. In the process, the berries give off a wonderful aroma and are characterized by unique spiciness and minerality. The production process is based on a traditional method. This is because it ensures that the flavor of the wines is not lost. The grapes are pressed in a wooden press and fermented with the yeasts to achieve the best result. This is an old-school winemaking process that is well worth trying.
