The Blanc de Blancs Brut from the Piedmont wine-growing region presents itself in the glass in a brilliantly shimmering platinum yellow. The bubbles of this sparkling wine are very fine and extremely persistent in the glass. When the wine glass is swirled, this sparkling wine is characterized by a wonderful brilliance that makes it dance vividly in the glass. The first nose of the Blanc de Blancs Brut flatters with nuances of peaches, brioches and green apple. The fruity parts of the bouquet are joined by even more fruity and balsamic nuances.

This light-bodied and complex sparkling wine presents itself on the palate. Thanks to its lively fruit acidity, the Blanc de Blancs Brut is wonderfully fresh and lively on the palate. Vinification of Villa Sparina Blanc de Blancs Brut

This sparkling wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, namely Cortese. Only flawless grapes were harvested for this wonderfully elegant single-varietal wine from Villa Sparina. In Piedmont, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on clay and marl soils. The Blanc de Blancs Brut is an Old World wine in the best sense of the word, as this Italian wine exudes an extraordinary European charm that clearly underlines the success of wines from the Old World. When they are perfectly ripe, the grapes for the Blanc de Blancs Brut are harvested exclusively by hand without the use of coarse and barely selective machines. Following the harvest, the grapes are brought to the press house as quickly as possible. Here they are selected and gently pressed. This is followed by fermentation of the base wines. Once the cuvée has been assembled, the wine is aged using the classic bottle fermentation method. This is followed by bottle ageing for 36 months.
