Bisaccione Rosso by Buscareto from the Italian wine region IGT Marche Rosso is a fine, harmonious and expressive red wine cuvée vinified from the Montepulciano and Cabernet Sauvignon grape varieties.
In the glass, this wine presents itself in a dark ruby red with purple highlights. The expressive bouquet enchants the nose with intense aromas of juicy sour cherries, dried plums and spicy notes of freshly ground pepper. The aromas of the nose are also present on the palate. The warm body has a dense texture that gives this Italian red wine its profoundness. The finale comes with a pleasant length and fine spice.
Vinification of the Buscareto Rosso Marche
The two grape varieties grow in the Italian brand in the Cassero di Camerata Picena vineyard.
Once the grapes have arrived in the wine cellar of Buscareto, the grapes are fermented at a controlled temperature (approx. 25 degrees Celsius) for 15 days and macerated on the peel. When the fermentation process is complete, this red wine is transferred into French oak barriques and tonneaux. The expansion is about a year. After that, this wine rests on the bottle for 12 months before the Buscareto Rosso Marche leaves the winery.
Food recommendation for Rosso Marche Buscareto
