More information about Bianco Marche IGT - Moncaro
In the glass, the organically produced Bianco Marche from Moncaro has a bright light yellow color. The bouquet of this white wine from the Marche region impresses with nuances of lemon and ripe apple. If we trace the aromas further, minerality and mint/melissa are added.
The Moncaro Bianco Marche impresses with its elegantly dry taste. It was bottled with 5.8 grams of residual sugar. As you would expect from a wine in the upper price range, this Italian naturally delights with the finest balance despite its dryness. Excellent taste does not necessarily require a lot of residual sugar. This silky white wine is balanced and multi-faceted on the palate. The Bianco Marche is fantastically fresh and lively on the palate thanks to its present fruit acidity. The finish of this youthful white wine from the Marche wine-growing region delights with a beautiful aftertaste.
Vinification of the Moncaro Bianco Marche
This balanced white wine from Italy is made organically from the Passerina and Trebbiano grape varieties. After the grape harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by maturation on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.
Recommendation for Bianco Marche from Moncaro
