Vinification of the Agricola Punica Barrua Isola dei Nuraghi 3.0l double magnum
The powerful Barrua Isola dei Nuraghi 3.0l double magnum from Italy is a cuvée made from the Cabernet Sauvignon, Carignan and Merlot grape varieties. Without question, the Barrua Isola dei Nuraghi 3.0l double magnum is also defined by more than just the Isola dei Nuraghi IGT soil. This Italian wine can literally be described as an Old World wine that presents itself in an exceptionally impressive way. The grapes for this red wine from Italy are harvested exclusively by hand when they are perfectly ripe. After being harvested by hand, the grapes are transported to the winery as quickly as possible. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in small wooden vats at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by maturation on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally drawn off. The ageing in the barrel is followed by considerable ageing in the bottle, which makes this red wine even more complex.
