The basis for the balanced Arriburra Gran Fudre Tinto Selección from Spain are grapes from the Tempranillo grape variety. After the hand harvest, the grapes arrive quickly at the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in large wood at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by aging for several months in oak barrels.
