Vinification of Maggio Vini Antura Frappato Rosato Terre Siciliane
This balanced rosé wine from Italy is organically vinified from the Frappato grape variety. After the grape harvest, the grapes are quickly transported to the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by maturation on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.
