Vinification of the Cantina Andrian Anrar Pinot Noir Riserva Alto Adige
This red wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, namely Pinot Noir. Only first-class grapes were harvested for this exceptionally powerful single-varietal wine from Cantina Andrian. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Trentino-Alto Adige. Here, the vines dig their roots deep into soils of clay and limestone. Of course, the Anrar Pinot Noir Riserva Alto Adige is also determined by more than just the Alto Adige / South Tyrol DOC soil. This Italian wine can be described as an Old World wine in the best sense of the word, with an exceptionally impressive presentation. After harvesting, the grapes are quickly taken to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in small wooden vats at controlled temperatures. Once fermentation is complete, the powerful Anrar Pinot Noir Riserva Alto Adige is matured in oak barriques for a further 6 months.
