Vinification of the Schnaitmann Anders Nat'Cool
The basis for the elegant Anders Nat'Cool from Germany are grapes from the grape variety Trollinger. The ripening of the grapes for this wine from Trollinger is influenced to a very high degree by the climate of the growing region. In Württemberg, the grapes thrive in a rather cool climate, which is reflected, among other things, in particularly long and uniform grapes and a rather moderate must weight. After the hand harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully milled. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Once fermentation is complete, Anders Nat'Cool is allowed to further harmonize on the fine lees for a few months.
