At Andeluna Cellars we know that a wine is only as good as the quality of the grapes from which the wine is vinified and the attention paid to each step during the production process. It is this attention to detail that can be tasted when drinking the wines of Andeluna Cellars, for which winemaker Silvio Alberto is responsible. Michel Rolland, an oenologist by training, assists him in the production of these first-class wines.
The vines of Andeluna Cellars are cultivated on an area of about 200 hectares. The impressive estate building in the midst of the vineyards occupies a considerable size of over 48,000 square meters and offers a beautiful contrast to the snow-covered peaks of the Andes, which stretch majestically towards the sky in the background.
Andeluna wines are made exclusively from controlled grapes, either harvested from the estate's own vineyards or contributed by selected local wineries for processing at Andeluna Cellars. These are mainly Malbec grapes, as well as classics such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Chardonnay. The microclimatic conditions with a high day-night temperature variation and a large number of hours of sunshine, as well as the ideal soil conditions here on the west coast of Argentina contribute to a rich harvest in the vineyards. Melting snow in the Andes allows the Andeluna vineyards to be continuously supplied with water through a sophisticated drip irrigation system. Here you can taste Argentine warmth, passion for good wines and pure nature!
