Der Ampelio Langhe DOC Chardonnay von Fontanafredda umschmeichelt die Nase mit einem komplexen Aroma, welches frisch und fruchtig ist und von Vanille geprägt wird.
Am Gaumen ist dieser Weißwein saftig uns geschmeidig. Harmonisch geht dieser italienische Chardonnay in sein vollmundiges Finale.
Vinifikation für den Chardonnay Ampelio Langhe
Nach dem Pressen wurde der Most sofort von den Schalen getrennt und gekühlt. Mit ausgewählten Hefen fand anschließend die temperaturkontrollierte Fermentation zum Teil in Edelstahltanks statt und zum Teil in neuen Barriques aus französischer Eiche.
