This red wine belongs to the second group, as it was bottled with only 1.9 grams of residual sugar. On the tongue, this balanced red wine is characterized by an incredibly silky texture. Vinification of the Amour De Fruit Rouge from Domaine Dieu Le Fit
The basis for the balanced Amour De Fruit Rouge from France are grapes from the grape varieties Carignan, Grenache and Syrah. After the hand harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging for several months on the fine lees before the wine is finally drawn off.

This French wine is best enjoyed at a temperature of 15 - 18°C. It is perfect as an accompanying wine to veal boiled beef with beans and tomatoes, roasted calf's liver with apples, onions and balsamic vinegar sauce or goose breast with ginger red cabbage and marjoram.
