Vinification of the Alegra de Beronia Rosado Rioja from Bodegas Beronia
The basis for the first-class and wonderfully balanced cuvée Alegra de Beronia Rosado Rioja from Bodegas Beronia are Tempranillo and Garnacha grapes. Alegra de Beronia Rosado Rioja is an Old World wine in the best sense of the word, as this Spaniard breathes an extraordinary European charm that clearly underscores the success of Old World wines. After the harvest, the grapes reach the press house by the fastest route. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. At the end of fermentation, the Alegra de Beronia Rosado Rioja is allowed to further harmonize on the fine lees for 4 months. The aging in oak barrels is followed by a considerable bottle aging, which makes this rosé wine even more complex.
